Oscar Flamenco has served as Treasurer on CFRI’s Board of Directors since 2013, offering invaluable oversight and financial leadership. Currently the Business Manager for the County of Calaveras, Oscar brings over two decades of experience in accounting and financial operations. Oscar blends practical business experience with a strong sense of service. As a devoted husband to a woman with cystic fibrosis and a double lung transplant recipient, Oscar’s connection to CFRI is both personal and purposeful. His dedication behind the scenes has been instrumental in maintaining CFRI’s 4-star Charity Navigator rating, helping to ensure the organization’s long-term sustainability and impact.
