CFRI’s free drop-in wellness classes for the CF community are held on the first and third Saturdays of the month.
No experience required, and all abilities are welcome.

This is a slow flow class with an emphasis on intentional movement. Includes a lot of cueing so good for beginners through experienced. Cueing starts with the most basic and offers options to advance poses. Includes meditative and breathing techniques helpful for people with CF.

3D Strength is a full body strength and muscular endurance workout that incorporates exercises in all 3 planes of motion. This workout utilizes free weights, resistance bands and body weight. If you don’t have free weights or resistance bands, please feel free to substitute with household items like canned goods or bottled water etc.
