Qigong

Julie Desch

Qigong is a 5000(ish) year-old Eastern practice with Taoist roots that combines simple and gentle body movements with breathing. Julie will guide us in a 20-30 minute practice which will be done standing, but can be modified and done sitting as well. It is essentially a meditation in movement and can lead to profound relaxation and flow.
