Arek Puzia is the father of Natalie Puzia, a 10 year old girl with Cystic Fibrosis. Natalie resides in Walnut Creek, CA and is under the care of the Stanford Cystic Fibrosis team. She loves gymnastics, art, and horses and can’t imagine a better weekend than hanging out with her many friends and a better vacation than playing in the sun in Mexico or skiing the slopes of Lake Tahoe. Natalie was born in San Francisco without complications and it was identified through newborn blood screening that she is homozygous CFTRdele2,3(21K). Arek was born in Poland but has resided in the SF Bay Area for most of his life. He has a BA degree from UCLA and MBA degree from the University of Chicago. Arek left a career on Wall Street and now focuses on financial planning, especially for parents looking to provide a financial legacy for their children, many of whom are special needs.
