Thank you for your interest in attending our 23rd National Cystic Fibrosis Family Education Conference.
You will have many opportunities to network with CF families, patients and experts from across the country, in a community that is warm and welcoming. We look forward to seeing you soon.

IMPORTANT:

All attendees with cystic fibrosis are required to have a sputum culture, physician's medical release, and cross infection liability release submitted to the CFRI office before attending the conference.

If you have CF, you must complete a sputum culture between 6/18/10 and 7/30/10.
