2012 Mothers' Day Tea Order Form

Celebrate Mother's Day with a cup of tea on Sunday, May 13, 2012. This year's Tea Kick-Off is Sunday, March 18, 2012. Order your Tea supplies now and send invitations to your friends, family and colleagues before May 13th.

CFRI will provide you with invitations, envelopes, labels, the CFRI trifold, and
tea bags of delicious Bigelow Green Tea with Citrus (decaf). Ask those on your tea list to have a "Virtual Tea" with you on Mother's Day.

Your participation is needed to help us raise the funds necessary to maintain and expand our research, education, support and advocacy for those with CF and their families, friends and caregivers. Thank you for joining us!
