2-day Registration - $175 per person
1-day Registration - $100 per person

All participants/guests with CF must comply with
CFRI’s Infection Control Guidelines
. If you have cystic fibrosis,
you must complete a sputum culture after June 20, 2014 and
submit Release Forms to CFRI's office by July 30, 2014.

Limited Scholarships:


To apply for a scholarship, you must submit a $25 non-refundable
processing fee. If your application is approved, the scholarship will
cover the cost of your conference registration fee, which includes meals.

If you are not awarded a scholarship and still plan to attend the conference,
you may apply your payment of $25 towards the conference registration fee.
