Physicians, researchers and therapists bring their expertise from across the country and abroad
for this unique three-day conference each year.

One Day (Saturday or Sunday) - $100 per person (includes meals)
Friday Evening Reception - $75 per person
Saturday Evening Awards Banquet - $55 per person
Sunday Student Discount - $30 per person (includes box lunch)
Only applies on Sunday to students in the healthcare field.
You must show your Student I.D. at the registration table.
If you have cystic fibrosis, you must follow CFRI's Infection Control Policy and
submit Release Forms between 6/21/13 and 8/1/13 to attend the conference.

CFRI conference attendees only. This rate will not be guaranteed after 7/19/13 so

To apply for a scholarship, you must submit a $35 non-refundable processing fee.
If your application is approved, the scholarship will cover the cost of
your conference registration fee, which includes meals.
If you are not granted a scholarship award, you can apply your
payment of $35 towards your conference registration fee
if you decide to still attend.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
If you attend the entire conference, you can receive 1.0 unit of CEUs for your participation.
To obtain this CEU, you must submit a tuition fee of $60 to San Jose State University (SJSU)
after the conference. Please sign in and out at the registration table at the conference
and we will give you an official form to submit to SJSU at the end of the event.
